Our Registered Manager visits your home, listens to what matters, and builds a care plan around the person, not a checklist.
Before care starts, we introduce the small team of familiar carers who will be visiting. You choose whether to go ahead.
We start on the agreed date. You can follow every visit in real time through the Birdie family app.
“The carers have been so professional and empathetic towards my dad. He wasn't happy about strangers coming into his home but he very quickly realised how fantastic they are. He calls them his angels. We as a family are also very happy with their treatment of our dad and he always takes his medication for them easily with no fuss.”
The details that matter to families. Written down, so you can hold us to them.
